(this was supposed to be Persimmon but we just missed when it was in season, so we switched it up for blood orange)
3 Sunkist Blood Oranges
2 packages Dole Blackberries
10-12 sprigs of Shenandoah Growers Fresh Thyme
Rise and place both packages of blackberries in the bottom of a pitcher.
Slice oranges into 1/2 in slices and place over blackberries. Top with 10-12 sprigs of fresh thyme.
Cover fruit with water and chill.
To serve spoon some fruit and herbs from pitcher and place into glass. Top with water from the pitcher.
The longer this sits the better it tastes but should be used within 2 days.
